Another victory for New York City FC. The Blues no longer stop and lengthen the strip of positive results. With the victory against Philadelphia Union, the team of Torrent extend their unbeaten streak to 13 games in all competitions as they faced. It was not easy to win against Philadelphia. First of all, the first team in the standings arrived at Yankee Stadium. In addition, New York had to play without seven players. As if that were not enough, New York was at a disadvantage twice during the game. Yet, the Blues did not disunite and they pulled out their claws. In particular Maxi Moralez and Taty Castellanos dragged the team to victory. Two goals for both that were decisive for the final result, for a deserved victory.

After this victory, New York City can dream even more. The Blues have nibbled three points to Philadelphia leader of the standings and now the gap has dropped to six points. But it must be kept in mind that New York City has four fewer games still to play compared to Philadelphia. New York is the team that has played fewer games, so there are all the conditions for Torrent's team to fly high.
