Tayvon Gray: "Re-signing with NYCFC is amazing"

Tayvon Gray is clearly happy and excited to have signed his contract extension with New York City FC:

"I honestly feel great, it's a big step for me. It's a reward for all the hard work I've put in over the last couple of years, but my goal is to keep improving and staying hungry. To be honest this feels like a fresh start to me, it looks like it's a reset button, everything starts from scratch so I just have to deal with it now".

“I am thrilled to be able to continue my time here in New York. As everyone knows, I was born and raised in the Bronx, nothing beats that. Growing up in the City and signing my second contract with NYCFC is an amazing feeling. I am very grateful to the club for believing in me and helping me grow on and off the pitch. My only advice is go for your dreams, don't let anyone reject your dreams. I never imagined winning the MLS Cup in my second season what makes you think you can't".
