Deila: "We want to finish in the top four and show that we are the best in NY"

New York City FC prepares for the derby with the Red Bulls with the knowledge that a victory would allow the Blues to project themselves into the top four positions:

“We put ourselves in a good position to fight against the top four. If we get two wins now, we have a good chance of doing it", NYCFC manager Ronny Deila said in a videoconference with reporters on Saturday. "At the same time, it's a win away from the top six so we have a lot to fight for. Of course we also want to show who is the best in town".
