NYCFC, Ronny Deila prepares tactical changes in the Hudson River Derby

Second Hudson River Derby for New York City FC. Ronny Deila will not have Keaton Parks and Maxime Chanot, both out due to disqualification.

The coach of the Blues studies together with his staff the various alternatives to make up for the two absences. Ronny Deila could keep the same form, inserting Vuk Latinovich or Tayvon Gray. However, it is not excluded that Deila may move to the back four, with James Sands and Alex Callens.

In the middle of the field, Deila could rely on Nicolás Acevedo or Gedion Zelalem to give more depth to the team and connect the midfield and attack department well.

Ronny Deila will therefore probably not only have to replace the absent Parks and Chanot, but will most likely have to redesign the team also at a tactical level with the aim of winning the Hudson River Derby at Yankee Stadium.
