New York City FC can today confirm the rescheduled date for the Club’s MLS fixture against the New York Red Bulls.
The Hudson River Derby was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 21, at Red Bull Arena, but was postponed due to unplayable field conditions.
The fixture will now be played on Wednesday, September 22, at Red Bull Arena, with kickoff set for 8:00PM EST. The game will be broadcast on the YES Network app.
The rearranged game means that NYCFC will face Red Bulls twice in the space of four days, with the Yankee Stadium Hudson River Derby set for Saturday 9/25.
