Cushing: "We have to fight to get as many playoff games here in front of our fans"

New York City FC is looking forward to playing again on Saturday at Yankee Stadium. Even the fans are excited to see the team again maybe get another success in their own stadium. 

Nick Cushing knows full well how important the fan drive is to NYCFC's success this season: "We have to fight constantly to try to bring playoff games here," said the coach. "We've played nine playoff games, seven of them on the road. You can't consistently fight for the MLS Cup if you play seven out of nine away games. We have to fight to get as many playoff games here in front of our fans. This is the target".
