New York City FC breaks the silence: here is Amundsen

After weeks and months of silence, New York City FC has returned to show up. Last week the arrival of Malte Amundsen was made official. We have to admit, it's not a hit as we all hoped. But it could be a functional arrival for the New York game. First of all, Amundsen arrives to fill a role in which the Blues are exposed, having only Gudmundur Thórarinsson as left back. For Ronny Deila it is a very important extra alternative.

Amundsen is an attacking player, but not at Tinnerholm's level. His potential is great, but among fans of skepticism as so far he has only played in lower level leagues.

But Amundsen's qualities are evident, especially his ample room for improvement which could be useful for his career and for the present of New York City FC.
