Sean Johnson saves everything

New York City FC extend unbeaten streak with a draw against New England Revolution. It was a tough match for New York which suffered a lot but eventually managed to stay undefeated. Among the protagonists of the game certainly Sean Johnson. The New York goalkeeper has saved his team on several occasions, confirming himself as one of the fittest players. Johnson has conceded only three goals in his last eight games.

Forwards are suffering

If the defense is doing well, the same cannot be said of the attack. New York City FC is having a hard time finding the goal with its forwards. Heber does not seem to be at his best and is very cumbersome, Mitrita has lost brilliance, others, Castellanos, Tajouri-Shradi and Mitrita are not very judgeable because they play little. Certainly Ronny Deila has to work a lot on offensive actions. New York must find the goals of its strikers.

Midfield blocked without Maxi

The absence of Maxi Moralez is very much felt in the middle of the field. The pace in New York is low and slow, there is no player who can change pace, do some dribbling that can create superiority. The midfield seems to be too staid and blocked. Deila must study the right alternatives to Maxi so as not to make New York a predictable team.
