NYCFC, scoring is a problem

Against D.C.United, Dome Torrent's team repeated the offer against New England. So much game built by New York City but also so many difficulties to go in scoring. The City dominated, but in the end failed to bring home the three points. In the end, in the last two games New York lost the unbeaten home and collected less than it has produced in the field. A period not happy for the Blues who have to fight both with the many absences but also with the imprecision in the opposing area.

David Villa has solved the game against D.C.United with a beautiful free kick, but the City of opportunity has had many. The opportunities to score New York have had a lot, but in the end the imprecision got the better of it.

Unfortunately, the team is lacking in precision and lucidity. Many occasions but the team failed to score. The same had happened against New England. On that occasion, New York even managed to take advantage of the free kicks by closing the game with zero goals and an undeserved defeat. 

The difficulties in the City to score are obvious. But New York can not afford to waste points this way. Need to find the clarity of a team that has always done well at home, except for the last races, and that has always struggled outside. The game is, the Torrent ideas are right, but it serves as part of the team a hint of malice in more, because the games are won only by scoring, and now the City has the great goals of the problem to be solved.
