Castellanos leaves NYFCF: what will change for the Blues?

After four splendid seasons in MLS with New York City FC, Taty Castellanos is ready for a new experience. The Argentine striker will first sign a contract with Manchester City and then he will be loaned to Girona. Castellanos was one of City's best players and it won't be easy to replace him. At the moment the easiest solution is to use Heber as a starting forward instead of him. But replacing Castellanos will be anything but simple, so just adding Heber won't be enough. It will take the whole team the utmost effort to make up for the farewell of Taty, one of the best players in New York City FC and in the entire MLS.

For this reason, New York City FC will have to, at least for the moment, try to fill this gap with their own resources at home. But after the Blues they will have to look for the ideal replacement for Castellanos in other teams, both for his characteristics on the pitch and for his skills as a leader in the locker room.
