At the decisive moment of the season, New York CIty FC miss Heber. The Brazilian was injured in the first half of the game won by the Blues against Vancouver. Heber suffered a quadriceps injury that will force him to stay out for at least 3-4 weeks. A big miss for New York. Heber scored 14 goals in 17 appearances and he proved to be the most decisive player on the team.

This was announced by Domenec Torrent, explaining that the player could return for the important game against Philadelphia Union. But it's not possible to predict precisely when Heber will be available again. And it's not even possible to force his return. Muscle injuries must be managed carefully and without haste because the risk of injury again is very high.

So New York City FC will not have Heber available for several weeks, for about a month. His place will most likely be taken by Taty Castellano. Even the Argentine has often proved decisive this season, indeed, probably the current one is his best career season. In recent games Taty has shone less, but there is confidence around him that he can go back to being decisive and drag the team to the top of the standings.
